The preparation for our 10 day mission trip begins with monthly meetings. The purpose of these meetings is to get to know one another with activities that get every member involved no matter their age or experience. Additionally, we learn about the culture of Appalachia, poverty and its effects on the human spirit, and the importance of sensitivity, stewardship, and safety.
